FOUNDED BY LEON BROWN
Experience before education.
Elevation Trading was founded by Leon Brown following more than 15 years working in institutional markets, including nine years at Goldman Sachs.
His experience shaped the principles behind Elevation: understand market structure, respect risk, make decisions with discipline and develop through process rather than shortcuts.
Elevation was created to translate those professional principles into an environment where individual traders can learn, apply and develop them in practice.
